The Monarchy have finacial benifits aswell as being a figure head to the commonwealth

In present times the monarchy seem to have no real place in society but i beg to differ. The monarchy bring in huge amounts of capital through tourism and also act as a figure head for our country. The commonwealth are more patriotic to the monarchy than the British are but there are other things at stake if the monarchy was abolished. Some people seem them as out dated and that is true to an extent, but the monarchy is what has made britain what it is today as well as bringing in much needed capital through tourism, fair enough they spend quite a bit of capital to, but the monarchy have in history built the empire and still maintain that respect that they had in the day of the empire in the present day commonwealth. The monarchy are not a bit of britain we can just brush off they are part of the heart of Britain and that Heart still beats as strong now as it did in the time of the British Empire.
