Progress on new layout

Things have stalled a little on the new site layout, which is a little frustrating for me as there are new features in the pipeline that are waiting on the new layout being introduced. The new layout was created to add a little spice to the site visually, as well as to accomodate new information and changes to the site. We've come up with some new politically orientated graphics as well, again to add to the visual appeal, but that has meant a rethink on the site layout to accomodate them. We are currently playing around with a few 'themed' layouts to the site to see if there is a novel slant we can come up with that better represents the unique nature of the Virtual Politics environment.
