Policy Removal

One of the current top feature requests is repealing (i.e. deleting) policies created in haste. It was a deliberate decision on our part to not allow policies to be deleted once created, as they then become a public record of the policy holders views. Whilst those views may change over time, we felt it would be helpful to others to see how people have acted in the past. At the moment, you can cover your tracks by rewording (or completely rewriting) the policy, even into a completely different subject if necesasary. You can then even move the policy to a new category that is more relevant.

In future we plan to record policy changes so that people can track policy developments over time, and of course this will mean that inappropriate policies will be recorded for posterity.
